Recommended for family with children
Had a great time here with my family. The breakfast was simply amazing with delicious options, and we even received free refillable bottles of water, very nice touch! I can't forget how comfortable the extra-large double bed was, everyone slept like a baby!
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still reasonable.

A comfortable one-night stay in a well-appointed small double room. The extra-large bed and thoughtful touches like refillable bottles enhanced the experience, while the contemporary country vibe in the common areas made for a relaxing atmosphere. Just a stone's throw from the railway station, the location is ideal, and the fresh vegetarian breakfast was a highlight. Minor drawbacks included slightly higher pricing than expected and limited food options, but overall, a pleasant stay that I would revisit.

Perfect getaway vibes!
We spent a night here and loved it! The room was super cozy and clean, but the parking was a bit tricky since it’s limited. The staff, though young, were amazing, so helpful! We enjoyed some delicious food at the bar. Would recommend it for a chill stay!

Oh, the food options near The Stroud are a real treat! Snagged a proper feast at Thai Royal Orchid just across the way and got my chips fix at Simpsons Fish and Chips—absolutely smashing! Also loved the comfy vibe in the Deluxe Double Room, made it feel like a cozy nest, and the staff were top-notch.
A bit riled up by the morning racket from the train station deliveries—woke me at five for sure! Plus, the disabled parking setup needs a good rethink to make things easier. But all in all, a great stay!
